Breakfast

The breakfast is open and free for guests, which is careful to have fresh produce every day and all from the area. The bread is kneaded and baked in the morning. Puerto Octay is the area of milk, so every day from morning milking the milk is fresh and is served accompanied by the most delicious fruits (banana, strawberry or raspberry). Cheese and yogurt with no preservatives or artificial additives, as well as cereals and accompanying range eggs freshly ground coffee grain or natural hirbas tea. German style Kuchen from various fruits (apples, berries, blackberry, banana, kiwi, strawberries or nuts), homemade cakes, brownies, jams made with fruit from the organic garden, Ulmo honey and natural fruit juices are the perfect start to a day full of surprises.

Hiking and horseback riding

Horseback riding and walking in the grounds of the hotel (90 hectares) for observation of animals, birds and insects. Recognition of native trees and wildflowers. Environment Just one kilometer South Wind B & B is the town of Puerto Octay. There is a museum with a complete photographic exhibition and historical items from the area since the beginning of German colonization to the present. Fly fishing and trawling, beaches and water sports on Lake Llanquihue and the German colonial architecture, extremely well preserved, are part of the attractions of this beautiful village. For nature lovers, the volcanoes Osorno, Puntiagudo and Calbuco alongside Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, Larch and Andean Puyehue provide practice facilities for skiing, trekking and tours to hot springs, waterfalls and ancient larch forests in danger of extinction. This is the gateway to Patagonia, the Carretera Austral, Chiloé with its churches and myths as well as the impressive glaciers and ice fields.
